Because each Room 22 item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for sizing or preference changes.
If you need a different size, unworn and unwashed T-shirts may be exchanged for a replacement size for a $10 replacement fee. Original items must be returned before a replacement is provided.
For apparel other than T-shirts, please contact us for available exchange options and applicable replacement fees.
If we made an error with your order or your item arrives defective, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
